Cooking with Korma

mmMMmm, I love homemade lunches. While I am still trying to hone my cooking skills, sauce in a jar works for me! I tried out a korma (cream and coconut) sauce from one of my daily strolls to Urban Fare, and added chicken and sweet potato to it (as you can see simmering nicely in the pan above). And of course, smothered over my staple, Uncle Ben's Rice mixed with some yellow peppers and zucchini. A perfect lunch to split and dine with salad.

    Man, i should REALLY start to learn to cook! I guess i'm not considered a real 'foodie' :(

  2. If you're really passionate about something, you can always make time! Blogging about food relaxes and excites me at the same time!!! I'm addicted, you should update yours more often too!

    Btw, you don't have to know how to cook to be a foodie, you just have to love it!!!
